Meditation Cave

Meditation cave at the Park of Love

The meditation cave is a simple, secluded space where you can be with yourself. It is a place where the outer makes room for what is within.

Why a cave

A cave creates seclusion.

Seclusion can give the feeling that we are cut off from the outside world. In fact it is only separation from outside influences. It can help create contact with the inner world, with what never goes away, however separated we are from the outer world.

The experience

The cave does not give you an experience in advance.

It creates the conditions for a person to experience their own inner world. Doing this is harder in the company of others, in comfort and in a safe space. In a cave, separated from the outside world, it becomes a good practical possibility.

Who it is for

The meditation cave suits a person who wants to be in seclusion and is ready to be in simple conditions, like an ancient yogi.

You do not need experience or knowledge of how to “meditate”.
Being ready to simply be is enough.

What the cave is like

The cave is simple. It is not comfortable or polished.

There is a platform made of pallets, where you can make yourself a bed that suits you.

If you wish, an open fire is possible.

There is nothing external here to hold you.
