The smoke sauna at the Park of Love is in Puka, Valga County, Estonia. It is not a place where you learn old sauna customs, are welcomed with sauna rituals or follow the guidance of a sauna woman. The smoke sauna at the Park of Love is a tool for working with yourself.
The smoke sauna stands on the site of an ancient temple and is connected to the centre of the Park of Love and to the other energy pillars. It works on the same principle as the pillars: it amplifies what is happening within a person, including feelings.
The sauna is already heated and ready. Up to three hours are yours to use in your own way, without outside intervention.
How the cleansing process works
Sitting or lying quietly on the bench and keeping your attention on your feelings, you may notice how they move, how their strength varies, and how they fade or change.
By consciously watching this “show” of your inner world, you may find clarity in themes that have so far seemed unsolvable.
Preparation
The smoke sauna at the Park of Love is an unconditional space where things can begin to happen. You do not need to change yourself, fix yourself or make yourself suitable in order to enter.
This space receives a person as they are right now, even if they are angry, offended or arrogant.
It does not require outward respect or offerings.
The experience
In the smoke sauna there is no right or wrong feeling. There is what there is. Sometimes peace comes to the surface, sometimes restlessness. Both are waiting to be felt. It is simple being, without the need to protect yourself or hold back. As if you were held, without anyone actually holding you or doing anything.
Here you can let out what has been suppressed, without fear of punishment or judgement. It is a space that speaks the language of the person experiencing it, without any wish to fix them.
Price
€180 for the whole sauna, up to 3 hours. The price includes a sauna that is already heated.
If you stay in the dark room for 7 days or more, the smoke sauna is included in the price.
