Park of Love

Pink pillar in the Park of Love

An amplifier of your inner world

The Park of Love (Armastuse Park in Estonian) is a tool. It does not offer external love or well-being. There is nothing here that anyone can give you or do for you. It is about you, and only you. The park amplifies what is already happening inside you. What you do with that experience is up to you.

The park has energy pillars, each connected to one planet of the solar system. When you sit beneath a pillar, the active themes in your own life are amplified and you begin to see them more clearly. A theme you have known about yourself for a long time may become much clearer and open up layer by layer.

A clearer understanding often brings up stronger feelings. These are usually uncomfortable, and you may feel the urge to run away. This is where the choice lies: do you run, or do you allow the feeling to be there?

If you do not run, the next layer opens. Feelings change and fade, and new feelings and new information about the same theme take their place. This builds an ever deeper understanding of what is really going on within you. What matters is not only what you know, but whether you are willing to feel it.

There is no teacher, therapist or guru here. The park does not promise a particular result. It amplifies what is happening within you. The experiencing, and moving forward from it, are up to you.

The amplification does not depend on how much you know or how far along a spiritual path you are. A child in first grade who allows themselves to feel may go deeper than an experienced spiritual practitioner who expects it to feel good here and leaves at the first uncomfortable feeling.

The park amplifies whatever is happening within you, including anxiety. If you have problems with anxiety or take medication for it, take this into account before coming and consider carefully whether this experience is right for you.

If the feelings become too strong for you, you can leave the pillar and the park: the decision and the responsibility are yours at every moment.

The Park of Love does not replace a doctor or a psychologist.
