People usually come to the dark room for 3 to 7 days. It is in Puka, Valga County, at the Park of Love.
It is worth leaving expectations and hopes outside the door, because they usually do not come true.
Arriving
When you arrive, I show you into the room and leave you to prepare. When you are ready, I light a candle for you. If needed, we talk and I leave. When you feel it is time, you can put out the candle yourself.
The room
The room is small and simple. It has a bed for one person with bedding and a blanket, an armchair and a toilet. There is drinking water, and you can wash dishes under the tap. You can also use the kitchen tap to brush your teeth. There is a basin for freshening up. There is no shower, so you cannot wash your body properly.
Food
You bring your own food. Anything that can be made with a kettle and a pot works. I took instant noodles, tinned soups, porridges, nuts and fruit. You can cook in a simple kitchen corner with a sink and shelves for food and dishes. Food containers and dishes are provided. There is no fridge, so bring food that keeps at room temperature.

The door is always open
The door is never locked from the outside. You can lock it from the inside if you wish. You can always come out if you feel you would like to leave early. If you want, you can switch the light on in the dark room. The switch is in the hallway, behind the door.
The dark room is not a trap. It is a choice.
You can leave your phone outside the door on flight mode.
The end
When the agreed time is up, I come to fetch you and take you to the smoke sauna. A warm soup is waiting for you there too. The smoke sauna is included in the price from 7 days. For a shorter retreat you can order it for an extra charge (€180).
Who is there
I live 5 metres from the dark room building. I will also give you my phone number, just in case. I am there, but I do not interfere in your experience, so that it can be as genuine, pure and natural as possible.
